The MCPIF is an alliance created for small armies which agree with eachother. The current members are the USCP (Nate50000) and the MA/MM (Miroos/Zamros).
The USCP stands for ‘United Servers of Club Penguin’ and the MA/MM stands for ‘Mysterious Army/Miroos’ Mumblers’.
